Pregnancy Safety Tips
Cooked vs. Raw Vegetables:
Always wash raw vegetables thoroughly before adding them to your wrap. If you’re using pre-packaged or baked tofu, make sure it has been properly stored and handled to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses such as listeria.
Choose Safe Dairy Products:
If you use paneer in your pregnancy-friendly veggie wrap, ensure it is made from pasteurized milk for maximum safety during pregnancy.
Customize Your Wrap:
Feel free to swap chickpeas for cooked lentils (dal) or soya chunks depending on your taste and nutritional preferences. This makes the Protein-Packed Veggie Wrap for Pregnancy a versatile and easy meal for expecting moms.
